A: To access your workout and meal plans, you will need to first purchase a plan. After doing so, you will be prompted to fill out a questionnaire to provide information about your background and goals. Once this is completed, your personalized workout and meal plan will be sent to the email address you provided during the purchase process. You can then access your plans from that email.
