How to Get Started?

To get started with our services, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to to express your interest.

  2. After receiving and reviewing our service agreement, you will be sent an initial questionnaire to complete. These questionnaires will provide us with all the necessary information to begin the process.

  3. Please return the completed questionnaires via email along with your payment for the agreed-upon services.

  4. Once we have received all necessary materials and payment, we will begin working on your personalized plan.

When do Payments Start Counting ?

Payments for our services begin upon receipt of your personalized plans. From this point, the agreed-upon amount is non-refundable.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to supporting you on your journey towards health and wellness.

What is Our Availability?

Our team is currently working with a fixed number of clients. If all slots are currently filled, you may be placed on a waiting list. As soon as a vacancy becomes available, you will be offered the opportunity to begin our services.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions or would like to be placed on the waiting list, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Why We Have A Waiting List?

We currently have a waiting list in place because our team is dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality support to a limited number of clients at a time. We believe that by working with a smaller number of clients, we can give each person the attention and guidance they need to succeed.

We appreciate your understanding and hope that you will consider joining our waiting list. We are committed to helping you achieve your health and wellness goals and believe that with our support, you can reach your full potential.

How Long Does it Take?

After you have completed and returned the initial questionnaire, including any required photos and proof of payment, you can expect to receive your personalized meal and fitness plans within approximately

10-12 business days.


Please note that this timeline may vary depending on the availability and schedule of our programs.

How Do Our Updates Work?

To ensure the most efficient progress and results, we ask that all clients provide updates every 15 days in the form of photos and feedback. It is the responsibility of the client to maintain communication and send these updates in a timely manner.

In the event that a client fails to provide three consecutive updates, we will consider the monitoring process to be compromised. As a result, termination of our services may be necessary.
