Balsamic Glazed Pork Tenderloin


2 pork Tenderloins (about 1 pound each)

Salt and Pepper

1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar

2 tablespoons Brown Sugar

1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves of Garlic, Minced

2 teaspoons Fresh Thyme Leaves


  1. Season the pork tenderloins with salt and pepper.

  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic, and thyme leaves. Mix well.

  3. Preheat the oven to 425F.

  4. Place the pork tenderloins in a baking dish.

  5. Brush the glaze all over the pork tenderloins.

  6. Roast for 20-25 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.

  7. Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  8. Serve with additional glaze on the side.
