Cinnamon Apple Oatmeal Bake


  • 2 cups diced apples

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

  • 1/4 cup raisins (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)

  2. Spread the diced apples in the bottom of a baking dish.

  3. In a medium bowl, mix the oats, applesauce, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.

  4. Stir in the chopped walnuts and raisins (if using)

  5. Pour the oat mixture over the apples in the baking dish.

  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

  7. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving, and serve with a dollop of yogurt or milk if desired.

This Cinnamon apple oatmeal bake is a warm, comforting, and healthy breakfast or dessert option.
