Ingredients:


1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

1/4 cup coconut milk

1 tablespoon honey (optional)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

1 teaspoon chia seeds


Directions:


In a blender, combine the frozen berries, Greek yogurt, and coconut milk. Add honey and protein powder (if using) and blend until smooth. Then Add chia seeds and blend for another 20-30 seconds. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
