  • 4 Salmon Fillets

  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil

  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic

  • 1/2 cup Lemon Juice

  • Pinch Salt and Pepper, to taste

  • 2 cups Sliced Vegetables (Broccoli, Bell Pepper, Onion, Carrots)


  1. Preheat the oven to 425F.
