Strawberry Greek Yogurt Popsicles


  • 1 cup fresh strawberry, hulled and halved

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 tbsp honey or agave nectar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. In a blender or food processor, puree the strawberries until smooth.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix the cherry puree, greek yogurt, honey or agave nectar, and vanilla extract.

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.

  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle moulds and insert the popsicle sticks. If you don’t have popsicle moulds, you can use paper cups or plastic cups. Insert a popsicle stick or wooden spoon handle in the center of the mixture, once the mixture has frozen for about 30 minutes

  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.

  6. When ready to serve, run the moulds under warm water to release the popsicles.

These popsicles are a refreshing and healthy treat that is perfect for summer. Greek yogurt is high in protein and low in fat. Fresh strawberries are a great source of vitamin C and other antioxidants. Honey or Agave nectar provides a natural sweetness while Vanilla extract adds extra flavour.

You can also add other fruits like blueberries, raspberries, mango.
