Sweet Potato Brownies


1 cup Cooked and Mashed Sweet Potato

1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

1/2 cup Almond Flour

1/4 cup Maple Syrup

2 Eggs

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 tsp Baking Powder

1/4 tsp Salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sweet potato, cocoa powder, almond flour, maple syrup, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt.

  3. Mix well until a smooth batter forms.

  4. Pour the batter into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish.
